Convenient access to the Interstate highways, close proximity to multiple restaurants, appealing seasonal pool access.
Cleanliness could significantly improve. Daily room cleaning would alleviate overflow issues with trash and supplies!!!

The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast didn't have many options and started to late. Would've liked a 6 o'clock start to breakfast.

Upscale place, I greatly enjoyed very helpful personnel.
Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was good just next door to restaurants that stay open late, airport, and a park where a lot of people ' live ' with old grocery carts. The room was nicely remodeled, modern and with a king size bed. Everything here was nice.

The location was amazing! Right across from the Clay Center. The downtown area had food in walking distance.
They made a mistake with the room number in their system and suddenly my door opened and another guest tried to get in. Not acceptable! Luckily, I was there and dressed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. They have windows that actually open which is rare, but very nice.
The hotel is very old and only one elevator was working. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and does not have their continental breakfast available.

Breakfast options limited. Pool closed. Was told couldn't pay through Booked.net. Options were to contact Booked.net(at 730 pm) or pay for a room.

Pretty much nothing except location
Mold in BR, cracked tiles, worn out toilet seat, A/C cycles on - off all night - never cooled. Breakfast included (but t you have to go next door to the Best Western to get it. Only one of two elevators operational. 1 bath towel and two washcloths in room. Went for more - no hand towels available (only six cars in parking lot?). The most uncomfortable)worn out) mattress I've slept on in 20 years. 1 plastic cup (only). No others. Lighting at sink too dim to see.

It was off freeway easy to get to. The staff was friendly.
The pool was closed, there wasn't a breakfast, there were no vending machines, the room was not clean, the bathroom toilet didn't flush right. They were remodeling but was very inconvienient for customers.

They did not have any record of my reservation. I would have been very upset with YOU if they had not had an available room!!
